Earl “Trey” F. Sundmaker, III is the founder and managing member of The Sundmaker Firm. He has also handled over 20,000 Bankruptcy matters for financial institutions in Louisiana and Texas.

Gregory J. Walsh, Partner

At The Sundmaker Firm, Greg has generally focused his practice in the areas of commercial litigation, creditor’s rights, secured transactions and foreclosures. He represents local, national, and international financial institutions in consumer and business bankruptcy proceedings, and in associated adversary proceedings, in Louisiana and Mississippi. He represents secured creditors in foreclosure proceedings involving real and personal property. Additionally, Greg assists clients with real estate and construction lending.

Arthur S. Mann, III

ATTORNEY AT LAW

Mr. Mann has focused his efforts under the general heading of business law with particular emphasis in the fields of creditors’ rights, foreclosure law, and commercial litigation. He has also developed a significant portion of his practice in the areas of commercial loan transactions, asset-based lending negotiation and documentation, and creditors’ rights in bankruptcy court proceedings throughout Louisiana. Other areas of his practice include corporate formation and governance; mergers, acquisitions and sales; and wills and estate administration.
